Carrier 39MN14W025BGR11XGE Air Handling Unit

Carrier model 39MN14W025BGR11XGE indoor semi-custom central station air handling unit (AERO 39M series), serial 2218U35666, built 2022 and tagged AHU-7 at the seller's facility. The 39MN is a double-wall, modular air handler used to filter, heat and distribute conditioned air through ducted HVAC systems; unit size 14 corresponds to a nominal airflow of roughly 7,000 CFM. Per the unit nameplate, the air handler is built up of a mixing box, a flat filter section with pre-filters of (3) 16x20 and (3) 20x20 plus main filters of (3) 16x20 and (3) 20x20, a hot water coil and plenum rated 300 psig maximum operating pressure at 200 F (coil 28MHV224FAA059BLNC), and a draw-thru supply fan section with two 5 HP, 1800 RPM motors. Electrical supply is 460V/3-phase/60 Hz, FLA/MCA/MOCP 6.6/8.3/10 each motor, 15.4 maximum continuous amps. The unit is fitted with an ABB HVAC variable frequency drive with keypad and local disconnect, an Eaton heavy-duty 30A fused safety switch, and factory control boxes mounted on the side of the casing. The VFD display is illuminated in the photos, indicating the unit was energized at the time of inspection. Overall footprint is approximately 168 in long x 90 in wide x 72 in high on a structural base rail. As photographed the unit is installed in place: connected to supply and return ductwork, hot water supply/return piping, condensate piping and hardwired electrical conduit. It will require disconnection by trades and rigging/fork truck handling for removal.
