Carrier model 39MN21W025BGG11XGE (Aero 39M series) indoor semi-custom central station air handling unit, factory-marked AHU-12, serial 2218U35658. The unit is a double-wall, draw-through configured modular cabinet arranged, per the unit nameplate, as a mixing box, flat filter section, hot water coil and plenum, and a blow-thru supply fan section. Carrier lists the 25W unit size at approximately 12,500 nominal CFM. The supply fan section is driven by two 10 HP, 1800 RPM motors rated 460V/3-phase/60 Hz (FLA/MCA/MOCP 12.5/15.6/25 each, 31.0 max continuous amps for the unit). Fan assembly 39MBK9HVB25364TCCK with motors 93MS0925BA300X0XSB are listed on the nameplate. Filtration is (6) 20x25 pre-filters and (6) 20x25 main flat filters.
