The nameplate (photo 6) identifies model HR2D-8, pump model R10, serial number D177741, wired for 2 HP / 460V / 3 Phase - 2 HP per pump, 4 HP total. The receiver nameplate (photo 4) is stamped MAWP 200 PSI at 650 deg F, MDMT -20 deg F at 200 PSI, year 2018. A factory label on the tank (photo 3) reads UNIT PRESSURE FACTORY SET AT 95-125 PSIG.
