China Machine Triblock 883 Monoblock for Combination Filling And Capping
TRIBLOCK 883 Automatic Machine for cylindrical/square PET containers from 200ml to 2000ml, with 50-110mm diameter and a bottle height of 150-310mm.
883, means that it rinses with 8 stations, fills with 8 valves and cap with three heads for plastic screw cap R28/400-410 for the manufacture of bottles of purified water, juices or flavored drinks.
Gravity fill and can add a carbonator to the process, some modifications to pinch nozzles are allowed for filling glass containers.
Produces 2500-3000 pieces/1 hour (500ml).
It has the following physical and mechanical characteristics: The machine is built on a PTR steel profile structure and leveling legs, it is lined with 304 and 316L stainless steel sheet for some components, it has acrylic doors around the perimeter for access to the its components, maintenance and adjustments.
For its operation, it has three main mechanisms powered by a 1.5KW electric motor and two 1.5hp motorized pumps that rinse, fill and cover the product water containers.
The TRIBLOCK has dimensions of 2.2 meters in length by 1.8 meters in width by 2.8 meters in height, plus 2.4 meters of input band (air) and 2.7 meters of output band (electrical).
The weight of the machine is 1.5 tons.
For its installation it occupies a free space of 3 meters by 7 meters in length. Since it has a 2.4-meter air-driven container entry lane and a 2.4-meter conveyor belt exit container with motor reducer.

Máquina Automática TRIBLOCK 883 para envase PET cilíndricos/cuadrados desde 200 ml hasta 2000ml, con 50-110mm de diámetro y una altura de botella de 150-310 mm.
883, significa que enjuaga con 8 estaciones, llena con 8 válvulas y tapa con tres cabezales para taparrosca de plástico R28/400-410 para la fabricación de botellas de agua purificada, jugos o bebidas saborizadas.
Llena por gravedad y puede agregar un carbonatador al proceso, se permiten algunas modificaciones en las boquillas pinza para llenar envases de vidrio.

Cuenta con las siguientes características físicas y mecánicas: La máquina está construida en estructura de perfiles de acero PTR y patas niveladoras, está forrada con lamina de acero inox 304 y 316L para algunos componentes, cuenta con puertas de acrílico en el perímetro para acceso a los componentes de la misma, mantenimiento y ajustes.
Para su funcionamiento cuenta con tres mecanismos principales accionados a motor eléctrico de 1.5KW y dos motobombas de 1.5hp que enjuagan, llenan y tapan los envases de agua producto.
El TRIBLOCK tiene dimensiones de 2.2 metros de longitud por 1.8 metros de ancho por 2.8 metros de altura, más 2.4 metros de banda de entrada (aire) y 2.7 metros de banda de salida (eléctrica).
El peso de la máquina es de 1.5 toneladas.
Para su instalación ocupa un espacio libre de 3 metros por 7 metros de longitud. Ya que cuenta con carril de entrada de envases impulsado por aire de 2.4 metros y 2.4 metros de salida de envases de banda transportadora con motoreductor.
