Equipment Description
Included - 20’ x 16’x 8’ H clean space
Panel size to be 4’ x 8’ H x 4” thick.
The panels will have an EPS core of 4“with smooth .090 FRP laminated to both sides.
Panels to be trimmed using our anodized aluminum trim.
Included - Suspended Modular Ceiling: 320 Sq. ft.
Ceilings will consist of our H.D. extruded anodized aluminum grid with 1" thick panels installed.
The panels will have an EPS core of 1” with smooth .090 FRP laminated to both sides.
We will use as large a panel as possible (4’ x 8’ x 1” where possible) to minimize joints.
The drops through the ceiling will be sealed and caulked.
All panels will be caulked into the ceiling.
To Include:
1 Standard man door with windows
1 Double door with retractable sweep c/w windows
4 LED Light Fixtures, 2’ x 4’ flush mounted
7 Windows- 4’ x 3’ flush-mounted tempered glass, double paned
1 CRP 1000 HEPA Fan Filtered Unit, with low-level wall grills included, ducting not included
Standard Magnehelic monitoring pressure gauge
