It combines a rotary bottle feeder, gear pump filler, automatic capper, and label applicator into a single integrated system — capable of filling up to 60 bottles per minute..
The CFL200 is ideal for filling low-viscosity liquids such as water, juice, oils, tinctures, serums, cleaning solutions, and similar products into bottles ranging from 16–54 mm in diameter and 30–160 mm in height. It is commonly used in food & beverage, cosmetics, personal care, nutraceutical, and chemical packaging operations.The CFL200 is ideal for filling low-viscosity liquids such as water, juice, oils, tinctures, serums, cleaning solutions, and similar products into bottles ranging from 16–54 mm in diameter and 30–160 mm in height.
