C-MATIC Mod. BOB-PS1 - Blister unloader machine

DESCRIPTION:
BLISTER UNLOADER BOB-PS1 is a continuous machine with automatic operation and mechanical movements specific for blister loading and unloading. The system works in two operating modes:
BOB MODE (Blister Out Box): in this mode the machine works coupled only to the cartoning machine installed downstream and unloads blisters from the cartons onto the cartoner's feed belt.
BIB MODE (Blister In Box): in this mode the machine works coupled to both the printer installed upstream and the cartoning machine installed downstream.

MAIN FEATURES:
The BOB PS1 machine has the possibility to select different work cycles which are:
BOB: the machine takes the blisters from the cartons and unloads them on the feeding belt of the cartoner.
MANUAL BIB: the machine works in BIB mode, but the unloading of the accumulated cartons (similar to the BOB) is decided manually by the operator.
AUTOMATIC BIB: the machine automatically accumulates blisters and automatically re-loads them when the cartoner is active and the printer is stopped due to problems.
BY-PASS: in this mode only the ribbon works, which becomes only a passage for the blisters that go from the printer to the cartoner.
The machine is equipped with:
1. Blister conveyor belt 2. Carton feeding trolley with 40 stations 3. Blister elevator 4. Blister pick & place group 5. Protective optic barriers 6. Carter protections 7. Operator panel 8. Operator station for carton insertion 9. Electrical panel.
The machine worked with the following blister formats: - for quicklet tablets, in Aclar dim. 74x54 mm;
- for quicklet tablets, in Alu Alu dim. 84x69 mm.
