PECULIARITY:
The 'Monodose 6-station' is designed to carry out dispensing, filling and sealing of single-dose vials. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, it is a monoblock equipped with five syringes and filling needles. The machine includes various constituent units, such as the working star, preheating unit, and sealing unit. The production capacity varies depending on the product, with a format currently installed for 6 strips of 5 single-dose vials. The preheating system uses hot air to enhance the sealing of the strips by means of electric heating elements and Teflon films. Operation is managed by a PLC to ensure sequentiality of operations. Two optional formats for diameters of 11 mm and 13 mm complete its functionality.
