Equipment Description
Rotary machine, mechanically synchronized with orienter, filler1, capper and labeler.
Machine handing left to right with respect to the operator side.
Number of nozzles: 24
Pitch: 150 mm
Nozzle diameter: 10 mm
The filling is at net weight filling.
The machine is equipped with VLS ( virtual level system ) system, this allow to work in pressure with viscous liquids and in de-pressure with foaming liquids.
This filler receive via a scroll bottles oriented and pitched, and fill them by net weight.
The bottles that don't meet the required specification (underfill / overfill) are rejected downstream.
Water drain pan collector installed.
Filler bowl material where in contact with product is in SS 316L, all the other parts are in SS 304.
Being in syncro-block the filler 2 is not equipped with own motor, but is driven mechanically via a central motor installed down stream.
