Vessel Characteristics:
Flat top and Klöpper bottom.
Working volume 64-200 L
Cylindrical with total ratio H/D=2:1
Design for a pressure range between -1 and 4 barg.
Design for a Jacket pressure range between -1 and 6 barg.
Maximum temperature of 150°C.
Provided with Illumination port for Level glass view.
Flat top head plate lid.
All part in contact with product made of SS 316 L and roughness <0.8 µm are
mechanically polished.
All part not in contact with the product made of stainless steel Ra < 1.2 µm
(External finishing).
Other materiales in contact with product are Borosilicate glass and FDA
compatible EPDM or Silicone.
Utility piping are made of SS 316 L.
Cylindrical vessel built as per ASME certification

The trading company legal entity will acquire the equipment from the Brazilian seller, pay the seller in local currency, and receive the related invoice from the seller in the name of their Brazilian legal entity. After this process, the ownership will then be transferred to the trading company who will be responsible for export and assistance during the customs clearance process.
