Vertical hydraulic press consisting of a base and a support head in varnished steel connected by pressing cylinders.
This configuration contributes to pressing uniformity and allows dimensions to be contained during transport.
All parts in contact with the product such as the pressing plate, the cage and the must collection tray are made of AISI 304 stainless steel or plastic material suitable for food contact.
Like New, purchased in winter 2021, minimal hours.
Up to 500 liters capacity.

2 x cage and juice pan.
Draining disks.
