Equipment Description

DK-220SE Horizontal Flow Pack Packaging Machine

Material: OPP/CPP. PT/PE. KOP/CPP. ALU/FOLL.

Product shape: Rectangular, square, circular, flat, etc.

Roll width: 90-220mm.

Max roll width: 350mm.

Feeding belt: Table surface in stainless steel 304, 1.80 meters long. Includes stainless steel side guides, adjustable according to the product width.

Bag former: Located at the rear of the machine. Fully made of stainless steel to prevent wear caused by friction with the packaging film, with lower–upper actuation. Universal variable bag former, adaptable to the product size.

Film feeding: ilm holder for a maximum width of 350 mm and 320 mm in diameter, located at the top of the machine. The film (plastic) moves over the machine and must be printed with cutting marks (photo cells), or with a logo if required. The reel is adjusted by cones, with fine displacement to allow easy centering of the plastic.

Longitudinal sealing jaws: Consists of two (2) pairs of rollers, which allow the pulling of the packaging material and, at the same time, the product to be packed. The middle pair, equipped with a heated jaw, enables the upper sealing of the package. These three pairs of jaws are mounted on a movable head, which allows centering of the seal with respect to the product, and also makes it possible to produce bags of different sizes.

Transverse sealing jaws: Consists of two pairs of jaws, with an engraved sealing system. It has a useful length of 140 mm. This system allows packaging of products up to 65 mm in height. This jaw system is mounted on a movable head, enabling centering of the seal with respect to the product and the production of bags of different sizes

Packaging speed: The equipment has an intelligent PLC unit that controls speed variation (adjusted by the user) at any time, while keeping all other parameters stable, such as bag length and print centering. The speed variation can be set from 35 to 140 units per minute, depending on the product size and the type of packaging material used. This electronic system also allows the bag length to be adjusted directly on the touch screen, meaning no gear changes are required. This mechanical length adjustment is very quick, uncomplicated, and easy to operate.
Additionally, if preferred, it is not necessary to manually enter the mechanical length on the screen—the photo cell automatically reads the mechanical length and programs it, making the operation easier for the operator to understand.
