Separador Centrífugo SD74 de E2SE Europe Separation et Service pour l Environnement
Las centrífugas de disco verticales y las centrífugas de tornillo sin fin de E.2.S.E. son centrífugas de tres etapas, diseñadas específicamente para el tratamiento de lodos de hidrocarburos. Estas centrífugas pueden separar eficazmente los hidrocarburos, el agua y los sedimentos presentes en los lodos de hidrocarburos.

E.2.S.E.'s vertical disc centrifuges and screw conveyor centrifuges are three-stage centrifuges, specifically designed to treat hydrocarbon sludge. These centrifuges can effectively separate hydrocarbons, water, and sediments contained in hydrocarbon sludge.
The unique feature of E.2.S.E centrifuges is the combination of a screw conveyor for transporting solids, present in horizontal decanters, with a disc stack, present in most vertical centrifuges. This allows E.2.S.E centrifuges to efficiently separate stable emulsions with high solids concentrations in a single stage.
The hydrocarbon phase obtained after centrifugation contains less than 1% solids + water. The water phase can be controlled to obtain a concentration of less than 100 ppm of suspended solids. The "solids" phase extracted from the E.2.S.E centrifuges is a liquid sludge that does not contain free hydrocarbons.
The improved separation of emulsions by E.2.S.E centrifuges is a means of returning more high-quality hydrocarbons to the customer. In general, E.2.S.E centrifuges provide efficient extraction of the hydrocarbon phase contained in oily sludge and allow for the effective treatment of a wide variety of hydrocarbon residues produced in refinery operations.
The equipment can process up to 25 m³/h of raw material.
The E2SE SD74 vertical-shaft separator with continuous sediment extraction consists of:

A cylindrical drum approximately 730 mm in diameter, made of forged stainless steel, made in two parts assembled with screws. Centrifugal acceleration of 7,300 g is generated by the drum rotating at a speed of approximately 4,500 rpm.
