ZRE Automatic packaging, capping and labeling machine, DCI series, line format.

Isobaric filling for the packaging of beer or similar products, with CO2 injection, equipped with actuated nozzle holder, with 6 nozzles for subsurface filling.

Automatic pressure capper, with a closing head, pneumatically operated for corks or metal tokens, with cheek piece for cap feeding.

Labeling system for cylindrical containers with one head for a wrap-around label or two labels (front and back), 4.5m conveyor. long variable speed.

PLC and touch screen control.

Suitable for bottle sizes between: 300 ml - 500 ml.

The equipment requires that the product be supplied at a controlled pressure from 0.5 to 2.5 kg/cm2, the equipment does not have a balance tank.
