Machine handing left to right with respect to the operator side.

The trigger unscrambler is composed by:

1. Rotary bowl with pockets

2. Trigger orienter

3. Trigger twister (moving from up-side down to stand-up)

4. Trigger tunnel feeding (1st floor feeding)

5. Dosing system (inclined belt elevator)

The unscrambler bowl has a diameter of 2000 mm.

The trigger orientation is done via belts at sorter exit.

A twister move the trigger from the position upside down to a standup position.

A rejection system provide to eliminate trigger not oriented or without straw.

Machine design speed up to 200 Tpm.

The unscrambler OEM plate is missing.
