DESCRIPTION: ITALPROJECT case packer line consisting of a case former mod. EUROFORM 20N, case packing station ABB with robot mod. IRB 260 and case sealer mod. TAPE 2. SECTORS OF USE: Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing. MAIN FEATURES: The case forming machine mod. EUROFORM 20N has been designed exclusively to make case, which, after having been closed at the bottom, are aligned in a motorized plain and conveyed to the automatic filling station ABB with Robot mod. IRB 260 provided exclusively to make the case packaging. Once the cases are filled, they are conveyed to the taping machine mod. TAPE 2 through which the taping of the upper flaps of the boxes takes place. The work process of the case packer is completely automatic, electronically managed by P.L.C. and therefore controlled at every stage.
