DESCRIPTION:
This is a filling and closing machine for metal tubes. The construction principles, materials used and innovative concepts guarantee maximum productivity, user friendliness and quality, making this machine an ideal solution for the pharmaceutical and the cosmetic market. Group assembly permits easy adaptability to many different tube filling problems. Special consideration was given to a rapid change over to different tube sizes and consistency of filling product. The in-built flexibility makes it the ideal machine for use in research and development.

Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing. The tube filling machine is suitable for dosing all products whether they are liquid, semi-dense or very dense such as silicone, sealing putties.

MAIN FEATURES:
Easy to use machine with fast size changeover. Excellent access for cleaning and maintenance. Quick interchangeability of formats. The unit is equipped with 5 jaws for the folding and closing of the tubes: normal, double and saddle fold. Stainless steel hopper complete with scraper stirrer blade and heating. Tube orientator, code reader and cap tightener. Most products can be dosed at a rate of 40-70 doses per minute. The machine is equipped with one format for tubes of 25 mm diameter, furthermore there are other tube format parts available with the machine: Tube diameter 22, capacity 30 g; diam. 25.5, capacity 50g; diam. 30.5, capacity 50g; diam. 32, capacity 78g; diam. 35.5, capacity 100g; diam. 35, capacity 100g.
