The NiMCO Model 257, designed and manufactured in the USA, is an automatic single line, single index packaging machine dedicated to forming, filling and sealing 57 mm cross-section or 2.25” inches Mini paperboard gable-top cartons. With output speeds of up to 1200 cartons per hour (20 cartons per minute), the Model 257 is built on a stainless steel frame for increased hygiene and the simplicity of the state-of-the-art component technologies keeps the maintenance costs to a minimum while providing accurate product fills and dependable carton seals.

The patented CAP PAC® Spout Applicator System can be installed into this or any NiMCO machine to automatically feed; apply and weld plastic spouts into gable-top or other paperboard containers. Fitments can be applied to standard packaging cross-sections from 250ml (8 oz) to 5 liter (one gallon) for A, B or TetraRex™-style carton constructions; custom package formats and/or rectangular shapes.
