DESCRIPTION:
An inline scale integrated with a metal detector, specifically designed for precise weight control and effective metal detection in small to medium-sized products. This innovative system is user-friendly and easy to maintain. It comprises a base supporting the scale and the transport device, a high-sensitivity comparison scale with an electromagnetic detector that converts the position of the scale’s plate, burdened by the passing weight, into an electrical signal; a conveyor belt, and a projector-photocell unit that signals the moment the object is about to leave the scale’s plate.
