ETIPACK Mod. SYSTEM 2 - Labelling machine with Laser Codifier

DESCRIPTION:
The Etipack System 2 is composed with a Laser Codifier and with an Argus code reader. Includes a range of labelling systems for the application on the top of products. Labelling systems are fully automatic labelling machines with an integrated conveyor system; they are self-sufficient small labelling lines providing for conveying, handling and labelling. They can therefore be used both offline or connected to other packaging machines (e.g. filling, cartoning machines). Our automatic systems for top application are ideal for the labelling of stable products such as thermoformed trays, jars, bottles, boxes, products and containers in plastic, glass or metal, for food. chemical, cosmetic markets. The modular design allows fitting, on a main machine body a variety of labelling machines of different width and speed, as well as a wide range of ancillary devices that complete the main function.

The machinery is equipped with: Laser Codifier Markem mod. SmartLase 130, is designed to meet a high quality code request. It has a flexible coding functionality. SmartLase encoders print clear alphanumeric characters in a variety of fonts and sizes, machine-readable barcodes, 2D codes, and graphic images such as logos. They add permanent codes to a wide range of materials, including cartons, labels, plastics and glass, bare metals and other substrates commonly used in food and cosmetics, as well as in other industries. The permanence of these codes guarantees the long-term traceability of your product. The unit has a control panel with stop button and Argus code reading, Laetus model that meets your requirements quickly and reliably, this including both, classical code reading and the inspection of colour information, text and artwork, all for your maximum security. The structure rests on practical adjustable feet.
