FarmaSino - Túnel De Secado Y Esterilización
Tunnel includes three functional zones, which is preheat zone, drying/sterilizing zone and cooling zone.
In pre-heating zone, glass bottle is warmed up, an air fan keeps positive pressure to prevent foreign particulate from entry. LAF and HEPA filter is optional for aseptic product.
In drying/sterilizing zone, glass bottle is heated up to 350°C by stainless steel heating elements from top and bottom. This zone is well insulated. De-humidity vent is available and auto device is arranged to control humidity inside and keep temperature even.
In cooling zone, the hot glass bottle gets cooled down by cold air. Cold air flow is adjustable, to keep positive pressure inside and prevents foreign particulate from entry. LAF and HEPA filter is optional for aseptic product.
Conveyor is mesh belt made of stainless steel, driven by chains, to keep a constant and stable operation. Conveyor belt speed is adjustable.
Humidity is exhausted by air fan through duct. Exhaust airflow is controllable, to maintain an even air pressure inside tunnel. All fans are variable speed drive.
The whole system is controlled by PLC, temperature and pressure info is displayed on monitor screen. Operation and parameter setting can be achieved by touch panel.
Provision for connection with other machines, such as filling machine, can be made to order.

El túnel incluye tres zonas funcionales: zona de precalentamiento, zona de secado/esterilización y zona de enfriamiento.
En la zona de precalentamiento, la botella de vidrio se calienta y un ventilador de aire mantiene una presión positiva para evitar la entrada de partículas extrañas. El filtro LAF y HEPA es opcional para productos asépticos.
En la zona de secado/esterilización, la botella de vidrio se calienta hasta 350 °C mediante elementos calefactores de acero inoxidable desde la parte superior e inferior. Esta zona está bien aislada. Hay disponible un respiradero de deshumidificación y un dispositivo automático está dispuesto para controlar la humedad en el interior y mantener la temperatura uniforme.
En la zona de enfriamiento, la botella de vidrio caliente se enfría con aire frío. El flujo de aire frío es ajustable para mantener una presión positiva en el interior y evitar la entrada de partículas extrañas. El filtro LAF y HEPA es opcional para productos asépticos.
El transportador es una cinta de malla hecha de acero inoxidable, impulsada por cadenas, para mantener un funcionamiento constante y estable. La velocidad de la cinta transportadora es ajustable.
La humedad es expulsada por el ventilador de aire a través del conducto. El flujo de aire de escape es controlable para mantener una presión de aire uniforme dentro del túnel. Todos los ventiladores son de velocidad variable.
Todo el sistema está controlado por PLC, la información de temperatura y presión se muestra en la pantalla del monitor. La operación y la configuración de parámetros se pueden lograr mediante el panel táctil.
Se pueden realizar previsiones para la conexión con otras máquinas, como una máquina llenadora, bajo pedido.
