Farmo Due FD22/U.PVC+ALL Suppository Line. Only Ran PVC Suppository. The Farmodue FD.22/U is a machine designed for the manufacturing of suppositore is or ocules in PVC, PCDC, PVCPE, and aluminum strips. Operation is electro-pneumatic and fully automatic. The manufacturing process begins on two strips wound around two reels (A), which are shaped into blisters by the forming unit (C). the blisters are then trimmed at the bottom by the guillotine (D), and pre-cut, between blisters (for easy separation of the suppositories or ovules), the pre-cutting unit (E). They are then filled passing beneath the dosing pump (F) and cut into strips of 28 or 30 suppositories by the guillotine (G). The cooled strips enter the cooling tunnel (H) which solidifies the product. When they come out of the unit, the strips enter the heat sealing station (N) where they are spliced, sealed and coded. They are then trimmed along the top by the trimmer (M) and cut into shorter strips by passing through cutter. Max. Rated production capacity is 27,000 suppositories per hour.
