Installed, tested, and not used afterward ******* Used Fulton VSRT-125 Vertical Tubeless Steam Boiler rated at 125 boiler horsepower with a steam output of approximately 4,300 lb/HR and a fuel input of about 5.0 MMBTU/hr. 193.2 sq/ft heating surface. It utilizes a two-pass vertical design with a spiral rib heat exchanger and a fully water-backed pressure vessel with no refractory. Typical thermal efficiency is in the 82-86% range with steam quality ~99.75%. The unit is equipped with a fully modulating, linkage less burner capable of up to a 10:1 turndown ratio and is configured for natural gas, propane, or dual fuel, with NOx emissions typically below 20 ppm depending on setup. Maximum operating pressure is typically rated up to 150 PSIG (design pressure may vary by unit).
