Four decades of practical experience have established the efficiency of GEA‘s milling concept which combines the benefits of conventional wet and dry milling. Conical sieve mill used to de-agglomerate and calibrate granular products. The system is complete with washing valve system and transfer pipe.

MAIN FEATURES:
Thanks to its compact and modular design, this item is easy to integrate into complete process plants. With its exceptional diversity and high throughput, this conical wet mill can be used in any demanding grinding process, both for optimal particle size distribution and high throughput, as well as for temperature sensitive products, wet or dry, or potentially explosive substances. The conical sieve mill consists of the milling head, a conical sieve, and the rotor. The rotary motion of the rotor causes the product to flow through the sieve, suited for the disagglomeration and processing of dry and wet powders. The machine is made of stainless steel and is Atex. N.3 valves of liquid entrance are present.
