Four decades of practical experience have demonstrated the efficiency of GEA's conditional grinding concept, which combines the advantages of conventional wet and dry grinding. This conical sieve mill is designed for deagglomeration and sizing of granular products, making it ideal for demanding grinding processes. With its compact and modular design, the unit is easily integrated into complete process plants. Its exceptional diversity and high performance enable uses in situations requiring optimal particle size distribution, whether for sensitive, dry or wet products, temperature-controlled or potentially explosive substances. The mill consists of a milling head, a conical sieve, and a rotor, where the rotary motion of the rotor allows the product to flow through the sieve, suitable for deagglomeration and processing of dry and wet powders.
