GEA Gallay G1430-A02-009 BIN - IBC Container is: used in a wide range of pharmaceutical industries because it is fully made of 316 L stainless steel fully comply with GMP design, round corners, high accuracy welding, FDA certificates of materials, roughness tested with capability for CIP process or manual cleaning process.

The container is provided with two complete sealed ports. 1st: upper port is for loading the raw material with a fully sealed top cover. 2nd: lower port is a flab gate design for discharging the raw material and can work with automatic opening and closing valves or manually.

The container is used with the following types of machines: -IBC BIN blenders. -to be a feeder for tablets compression machines- can be wash in place WIP by automatic or semi-automatic IBC washing machines.

El contenedor cuenta con dos puertos sellados completos. 1º: el puerto superior es para cargar la materia prima con una cubierta superior completamente sellada. 2do: el puerto inferior tiene un diseño de compuerta plana para descargar la materia prima y puede funcionar con válvulas de apertura y cierre automático o manualmente.

El contenedor se utiliza con los siguientes tipos de máquinas: -Batidoras IBC BIN. -para ser un alimentador para máquinas de compresión de tabletas- se puede lavar en sitio WIP mediante lavadoras IBC automáticas o semiautomáticas.
