Equipment Description
Haier HMSE03WAWW undercounter refrigerator, a compact single-door unit with a manual-defrost design and a 3.3 cu ft storage capacity. The cabinet is finished in white and is sized to fit beneath a standard bench or counter, with overall nameplate dimensions of 18-5/8 in wide x 17-3/4 in deep x 32-3/4 in high and a net weight of 55.3 lbs. The unit runs on 115V, 60Hz single-phase power at 1.35 amps rated (5.4 amps maximum) and uses R134a refrigerant (1.76 oz charge). Cooling is controlled by a mechanical TEMP REG dial inside the cabinet, and the interior includes a small manual-defrost freezer compartment with its own flip-down door, two removable wire shelves, a full-width crisper/bottom shelf and molded door storage with a wire retaining bar, as shown in photos 2 and 3. Energy use is rated at 330 kWh per year per the EnergyGuide and Canada EnerGuide labels still affixed to the door. The refrigerator comes from a biopharmaceutical facility and carries the previous owner's asset tag, a preventive-maintenance/calibration sticker and a biohazard label on the door (photo 1); these are surface labels only and the interior appears clean and empty. The unit is free-standing on the floor with a power cord and is not built in. No serial number is recorded on the nameplate and operational status was not verified.
