HT Instruments Solar I-Ve 1500V Single-Phase Solar Installation Tester

SOLAR I-Ve allows both testing a single-phase (three-phase with optional MPP300) photovoltaic system and verifying I-V curve.

Thanks to remote unit SOLAR02, it is possible to test the system complying with the requirement of simultaneity as provided for by the reference standard. SOLAR02 is a datalogger which, synchronized with SOLAR I-Ve, acquires the data relevant to irradiation and temperature while tests carried out by SOLAR I-Ve are carried out.

For measuring I-V curve, SOLAR I-Ve manages an internal database of the modules, which can be updated at any time by the user by comparing the measured data with the rated values, thus allowing the immediate evaluation whether the string or the module fulfills the efficiency parameters declared by the manufacturer.

Current and voltage measurement at modules/strings output is measured with the 4-terminal method, which allows extending possible measuring cables without considering any compensation of their resistance, thus obtaining always precise measurements. At the end of the test, the display of I-V curve on the screen is a clear indication about the compliance with the specifications declared by the panel manufacturer.

SOLAR I-Ve permite probar un sistema fotovoltaico monofásico (trifásico con MPP300 opcional) y verificar la curva I-V.

Gracias a la unidad remota SOLAR02, es posible probar el sistema cumpliendo con el requisito de simultaneidad previsto por la norma de referencia. SOLAR02 es un registrador de datos que, sincronizado con SOLAR I-Ve, adquiere los datos relevantes de irradiación y temperatura mientras se realizan las pruebas realizadas por SOLAR I-Ve.

Para medir la curva I-V, SOLAR I-Ve gestiona una base de datos interna de los módulos, que el usuario puede actualizar en cualquier momento comparando los datos medidos con los valores nominales, lo que permite la evaluación inmediata si la cadena o el módulo cumple con los parámetros de eficiencia declarados por el fabricante.

La medida de corriente y tensión a la salida de módulos/strings se mide con el método de 4 terminales, lo que permite extender posibles cables de medida sin considerar ninguna compensación de su resistencia, obteniendo así medidas siempre precisas. Al final de la prueba, la visualización de la curva I-V en la pantalla es una clara indicación sobre el cumplimiento de las especificaciones declaradas por el fabricante del panel.
