Hydrology HAWS-120 Stainless Steel Alkaline Water Processing and Treatment Skid System
This premium, custom-fabricated water treatment skid is designed to safely elevate water pH from 7.0 to 11.0 pH, with an optimal operating range of 9.5 pH, without the use of chemical additives. Originally engineered for high-speed bottled water production and trusted by suppliers serving Kroger, Costco, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's, this system is now available at a fraction of its original cost.
Ideal for industrial corrosion control, boiler feedwater treatment, food and beverage process water, and agricultural applications, this proven technology delivers consistent, high-pH water while eliminating the ongoing costs and handling concerns associated with traditional chemical dosing systems.

PLC Integration Note:
The system is fully operational in manual mode and is capable of producing the desired pH blend. A qualified PLC technician will be required to complete the integration of the sensor probes, mixing valve, and pumps for fully automated operation. All major controllers and the 12" HMI touchscreen are installed and ready for final wiring, allowing the system to be configured to the buyer's specific process requirements. No additional components are required for manual operation.
