Equipment Description

IMA C96-A96 Blister Form Fill Seal and Packaging Line

Complete Blister Forming (Aluminium or PVC), Filling (tablets), Sealing (Aluminium), Cartoning, Labelling, Case Packing and Palletisation Line.

Currently set up to form Aluminium blister and seal. Producing blister for 10 tablets. Packing 30 tablets/3 blisters into single carton plus insertion of indication leaflet (GUK, cuts and folds from continuous spool). 300mm foil. Blister size is approximately 70x150mm

Currently line speed is 360 Blisters per minute.

Carton and cardboard shipper tabs are closed using hot melt glue.

Line has serialisation.

Tablets are gravity fed into blister machine from IBC (IBC's are not included, the lifter is).

Line is available from Q3 2026.
