Equipment Description
IMA C96-A96 Blister Form Fill Seal and Packaging Line

  • Complete Blister Forming (Aluminium or PVC), Filling (tablets), Sealing (Aluminium), Cartoning, Labelling, Case Packing and Palletisation Line.
  • Currently set up to form Aluminium blister and seal. Producing blister for 10 tablets. Packing 30 tablets/3 blisters into single carton plus insertion of indication leaflet (GUK, cuts and folds from continuous spool). 300mm foil. Blister size is approximately 70x150mm
  • Currently line speed is 360 Blisters per minute.
  • Carton and cardboard shipper tabs are closed using hot melt glue.
  • Line has serialisation.
  • Tablets are gravity fed into blister machine from IBC (IBC's are not included, the lifter is).
  • Line is available from Q3 2026.

  • Item 5/10 - 140mm height transition conveyor belt
  • Item 6/10 - Cermex Case Packer. Currently set up to fill cardboard cases measuring 380.300.300mm LWH.
  • Item 7/10 - Robot System Fanuc Robot (R-1000iA 80F, 5 axis) Case Palletiser and Enclosure - S/N = A14.111, YOM = 2014.
  • Item 8/10 - Robot System Fanuc Power and Controls Enclosure
