DESCRIPTION: Semiautomatic tray unloading unwrapping machine for various products packed in stretch film or shrink film. Compact and flexible machine with a simple and linear design. SECTORS OF USE: Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing. MAIN FEATURES: The tray unloading unwrapping machine works with plastic and glass bottles of different shapes and sizes which arrive wrapped in shrink film and in order to be further processed they must be removed from the packaging and then manually repositioned on product feed trays. With the thrust plane the machine is able to feed the belts of the production lines with high speed and constant perfection. The machine has been designed with the aim of obtaining high performance in a small space and with considerable autonomy. The IMA unit eliminates the setup times and costly format changes that occur with classic bottle sorters, ensuring high productivity in a small workspace.
