SPECIFICATIONS:
Cartoning machine that performs carton forming and bottle insertion by motorized arm in automatic sequence. Motorized bottle conveyor feeds bottles to the picking area. A bottle counting system with sensing sensor for each row ensures preparation of the exact number of bottles to be picked. The motorized carton conveyor, complete with stop and sort units, automatically feeds, positions and unloads product. Electromechanically controlled centering unit enables centering of boxes for proper bottle entry. Movement of the head-holder carriage with two controlled axes, vertical and horizontal, with inverter-controlled drives and encoder-controlled positioning. The machine is equipped with electrical system, electrical panel with controls, safety devices and accident prevention protections.

The trading company legal entity will acquire the equipment from the Brazilian seller, pay the seller in local currency, and receive the related invoice from the seller in the name of their Brazilian legal entity. After this process, the ownership will then be transferred to the trading company who will be responsible for export and assistance during the customs clearance process.
