Equipment Description
The machine is designed to seal the bottom edges of plastic or laminated tubes (such as those used for creams, gels, pastes, or cosmetics).
Capable of sealing 20 tubes per minute.
The Process: An operator places pre-filled plastic tubes upside down into the white custom-fit fixtures (holders)
The Mechanism: The machinery raises the tubes into the upper pneumatic sealing assembly, which applies localized heat and pressure to melt and compress the plastic bottom closed
The Result: It creates a clean, factory-grade linear seal on the end of each tube
