Equipment Description
The Kilian T400 is a high-speed rotary tablet press designed for the industrial production of tablets.

FEATURES:
The machine is robust and reliable, designed to compress powders or granules into tablets with high precision in terms of weight and hardness. The Kilian T400 is equipped with 73 punch stations and offers high productivity for large-scale production. Accurate control of tablet weight and quality is guaranteed. Ease of cleaning and maintenance is facilitated by an industrial design optimized for continuous production. In addition, it is equipped with a KRAMER rotating vibrating tablet dust remover made of stainless steel, which ensures gentle dust removal from tablets of any shape, and a metal detector to check for unsuitable particles. The upward vibrating system removes powder particles from the surface of the tablets as they move upward. The system is complemented by an RQ 100 CHECKMASTER tablet inspection unit for the automatic detection of moisture content, diameter, weight, thickness, density, and hardness.
