Equipment Description

Pallet lot of Bormioli #B0720-2 100 mL clear borosilicate glass serum bottles. The bottles are molded Type I borosilicate glass serum vials with a standard 20 mm crimp finish, intended for parenteral, biologic and laboratory liquid filling applications where chemical durability and visual clarity are needed. Per the carton labels on this pallet (photo 2), the bottles were processed by Acorn Industries and are low particle cleaned with a final WFI rinse, depyrogenated and sterilized, Lot# 46819, date cleaned 06/06/2022 with a stated expiration date of 12/06/2023. They are packaged 102 bottles per box in three trays per box; the pallet carries multiple sealed cases. The lot remains in its original factory cartons, stretch wrapped and banded to a blue plastic pallet and marked Fragile - Glass, Do Not Double Stack (photo 1). The pallet measures approximately 48 in long x 40 in wide x 52 in high with an estimated shipping weight of 1400 lbs. Buyers should note the labeled cleaning expiration date has passed, so the bottles may require re-qualification or re-processing before use in a sterile application. Exact carton and bottle counts have not been verified.
