Automatic labeler to apply excise tax labels on a single side of filled and sealed pouches. The labeler can also be used to
apply front and back labels on empty pouches.

The Elita Pouch Labeler is a machine that feeds and labels pouches of different sizes. The Machine has two infeed cleat conveyors to bring piles of pouches to the picking position, from the picking position there is linear actuator with a vacuum mechanism to pick up the pouch and drop it on to the main cleat conveyor. The cleat conveyor aligns the pouch and brings it to the labeller. The top and bottom applicators will then apply the label to the pouches as it passes the application zone. There is a sponge roller at the end of the applicator to apply pressure on the pouch while the label is applied. The top applicator has 2 label transfer methods, Peel of Plate and Pivot Beak. Both transfer methods require change to the transfer system. The Elita Pouch Labeller can be configured to apply with top, bottom or both applicators. The pouches can be fed horizontally or vertically to apply labels in the required orientation. The HMI displays all information required for the operation of the machine. The HMI also has a recipe function which will store the program setting for each pouch formats. The operation of this machine is simple and user friendly.
