Equipment Description
Masterflex L/S Easy-Load 3 peristaltic pump head, model 77800-60. This is a pump head only - no drive, motor or controller is included - and it mounts to any Masterflex L/S drive. The head uses a 3-roller, fixed-occlusion rotor with an automatic tubing retention mechanism and a twist-lock mounting feature that allows heads to be mounted or stacked without tools or hardware. The 77800-60 accepts all six Masterflex L/S precision tubing sizes - L/S 13, 14, 16, 25, 17 and 18 - as printed on the head label. Published Masterflex data for this model lists a flow range of 0.06 to 2300 mL/min (approximately 36.5 GPH at maximum) over an optimum speed range of 0.02 to 600 rpm, a polypropylene housing with a stainless steel rotor, 1:1 gear ratio, single channel and suction lift to 29 ft. Head dimensions are approximately 3.1 in L x 3.5 in W x 4.8 in H. The photos show two of these pump heads, each sitting in its original Masterflex carton with molded foam inserts, printed documentation and a sealed bag of accessories. The outer carton label reads 77800-60, EASYLOAD 3 PUMP 3 THIN SS, Quantity 1 EA, serial F19006146, assembled in USA. The units appear unused and in their factory packaging; the cartons have been opened. No tubing, drive or mounting hardware beyond what is visible in the photos is confirmed.
