General Characteristics (based on industrial flour silos): Typically built with smooth, interior-welded steel walls and food-grade coatings to ensure optimal flow, hygiene, and consistent discharge. Designed for pneumatic loading with engineered discharge gates and aeration options to maintain continuous material movement. Available in various diameters (e.g., 8' to 15’+) and heights (up to 60'), with different cone angles (45°, 60°, or up to 70°) to suit material properties

Applications: Commercial flour mills, baking and mix production facilities, bulk handling of semolina, starches, and additives

1. Outdoor Silo

Gross capacity: 61 m3 / 36.6 tons

Total cylindrical height: 12,500 mm

Material: AlMg3 for parts in contact with the product, with stainless steel screws and connectors.

Characteristics:

Designed for flour with a maximum bulk density of 0.6.

Resistant to wind, snow, and seismic loads.

Includes a ladder, a roof guardrail, and a manhole.

Delivery includes the foundation ring, anchor bolts, nuts, and washers.

2. Indoor Silo

Equipped with a manhole and a rupture disc on the side of the silo shell.

Includes two lifting lugs for installation.

3. Collection Container

Equipped with a 40° cone with a DN 200 outlet.

Includes a tangential product inlet and four aeration mushrooms in the cone.

The tank is pickled and passivated.

The price includes the transport of all three containers, but only the assembly of the outdoor storage silo.

The customer is responsible for the assembly of the other two containers.
