Lot Of Three 15 BBL Capacity Each Stainless Steel Jacketed Cone-bottom Fermentation Tanks of the type used in craft brewing for primary fermentation and for conditioning, carbonating and serving finished beer. The vessel has a mirror-polished cylindrical shell with a domed top head, a cone bottom terminating in a racking/dump valve arrangement, and a cooling jacket on the shell for temperature control from an external glycol supply. It is carried on four welded stainless steel legs with adjustable feet.

Each footprint is approximately 54 in diameter by 84 in high with an estimated shipping weight of 900 lbs, as recorded for this listing. Top-mounted fittings visible in the photos include a lifting lug, a hinged/clamped top manway or fill port, and a rigid stainless arm running from the top head (blow-off / CIP or pressure relief piping). Side-mounted thermowell and sanitary tri-clamp connections, a racking port and a bottom cone valve are also visible.
