DESCRIPTION:
MERO produces surface treatment systems and induction sealing systems. As a basic principle: the induction sealing system is the only non-contact heating process that allows a hermetic closure of a container with a sheet of metal laminate.

MAIN FEATURES:
The MR/GST 2K-IGBT automatic induction sealer is specially designed for CAP SEALING applications. It uses a completely solid-state construction technique with IGBT power modules. The use of this new technique allows to obtain a high yield, reduces maintenance and eliminates the high cost of spare parts for vacuum tubes used on traditional generators. The output power is continuously adjustable up to the max, the generator automatically adapts to the different load conditions and is equipped with all the safety devices that make it reliable and easy to use. Induction sealing guarantees product protection: food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical products. It is practical: easy and quick insertion of the sealing system on the packaging line; effective: it welds and seals packages of different diameters and materials such as glass, plastic, coextruded, polyesters, etc. with an aluminum membrane; economic: the operating speed given by the out-of-contact technique reduces problems and unproductive times; inviolable: in addition to fulfilling the legal aspect of guaranteed closure, it highlights its integrity from any counterfeits; hermetic: the airtightness of the seal offers the consumer the certainty of the first opening, guaranteeing the quality of origin of the product and hygiene. The unit is equipped with air cooling.
