Equipment Description

MRL Industries - Sandvik LT 1312 Single Tube Furnace

The tube furnace has a quartz tube, a glass trough/column for product, and an UNUSED glass column (in crate) for replacement. The furnace was used for an 8" or 200mm wafer, but could be used for any carbonization process. The furnace has three zones that each run up to 1100 degrees Celsius. The unit does NOT include the VOC cold trap or the immersion chiller, but it does have the integrated Axcess loading system.
