-Empty bottle weight verification prior to filling with bottom load cell

-Walking beam type filler

-Equipment capable of accepting up to 32 filling stations, custom to client needs.

-High precision servo Viscotec screw pumps capable of +/- 25mg precision depending on product specifications

-Weight verification by bottom load cells between each filling station for constant pump calibration

-Needle style nozzles capable of filling various products at same time

-Multiple product buffer tank stations for product feed to pumps, fully contained within the filler

-Single station servo driven chuck capper with cap track, vibratory bowl, cap hopper/feeder, no cap and skew cap verification and reject system

-Designed and certified for explosion proof applications including vent above machine enclosure with high flow blower, alcohol fume detection, pressurization system on base machine with pressure monitoring system, flow validation system, intrinsic barriers, anti-static guards.

International buyers are responsible for hiring, by their own expenses, a trading company. This trading company is a Brazilian legal entity, duly registered with CNPJ (National Registry of Legal Entities) and RADAR (Registry and records of customs and customs-related agents).

The trading company legal entity will acquire the equipment from the Brazilian seller, pay the seller in local currency, and receive the related invoice from the seller in the name of their Brazilian legal entity. After this process, the ownership will then be transferred to the trading company who will be responsible for export and assistance during the customs clearance process.
