A leading global beverage company based in North America known as the first to bring hot and cold beverages together on a large scale. This company has worked with EquipNet for the past few years and is home to over 125 beverage brands.
The client reached out requiring assistance with surplus at its facility in Aspers, Pennsylvania. Equipment to be sold included two complete single-serve juice pouch filling lines, a juice processing plant, a complete palletizer with robots and a stretch wrapper, and other processing and packaging assets.
The facility needed to be cleared within a four-month timeframe, leaving a very short window for EquipNet to find buyers, and handle the dismantling and logistics needs of large pieces of equipment.
EquipNet’s team provided an onsite inventory of the assets and got them listed onto our MarketPlace for negotiated sale. EquipNet’s global sales team began making calls across the globe to relevant end user buyers, and a complete marketing plan was put into place, including an extensive amount of internal and external efforts, to ensure maximum exposure to relevant audiences.
Two end user buyers were secured to purchase all of the assets, just in time for the client’s deadline. EquipNet’s Worldwide Logistics service handled the dismantling, crating, and transportation needs for the equipment. The company was very happy with the result of the project and achieved over $1.5 million in return.
