With a looming site closure on the horizon for a facility in New Jersey, this company needed to come up with a way to dispose of their lab equipment (HPLC’s, Mass Specs, NMR’s, GC Systems), as well as nearly everything else under their roof, such as office furniture, cubicles, etc. They needed to have the building cleared out and move-in ready for the new tenants that would soon be taking ownership of the building.

The auction yielded very strong results, with $88,000 in equipment sales and a near vacant building a month before their deadline. The client was very pleased with the way we able to clear out their facility and the returns we were able to disperse back to them.
