Mike’s early and mid-career was spent in environmental and engineering consulting providing clients with first-level support of environmental related issues. He also spent many years as Environment, Health and Safety Director in industrial gases and chemical manufacturing.

The majority of Mike’s career has focused on Environment, Health, and Safety in North America. He has in-depth knowledge of Federal and State Programs specifically in the areas of environmental management systems (EMS), Phase I ESA (ASTM e1527-21), Phase II Site Investigations, ISO 14001, RCRA, CERCLA, SARA 311, 312, 313, permitting, auditing, training, solid and hazardous waste management, and soil and groundwater remediation.  He also has environmental compliance experience in Mexico, South America, and Europe.
