Doug’s knowledge and expertise ranges from the bulk transportation industry and railroad transloading, to managing, forecasting, and optimizing the network supply for CO2, and retention of oil and gas operations resources. His professional skills include negotiation, operations management, continuous improvement, and business development.

Some noteworthy accomplishments within Doug’s career include enhancing company culture and philosophies, developing and exceeding company KIPs and targets, and reducing costs and creating efficiencies in operational costs.  He also holds a green belt in Six Sigma.

Doug will also take on defensive driver training, job-specific training including cryogenic, food handling, rail transfer, intermodal, CSA Compliance training, and more.
