Equipment Description
Nexel model 243008 two door commercial reach-in refrigerator. The upright, self-contained cabinet has a stainless steel exterior with a white interior liner and holds approximately 47 cubic feet of refrigerated storage across two full-height solid doors with recessed easy-grip handles. The unit operates on 115 volts, 60 Hz, single phase, with a digital Dixell temperature controller and power switch mounted on the upper front panel. The interior is fitted with adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelving on both sides (three per side as shown in photo 3), interior lighting and a forced-air evaporator fan assembly at the top of the compartment. The published operating range for this model is approximately 33 to 40 degrees F. The nameplate inside the cabinet (photo 4) identifies model 243008, serial number 682312009, rated 115 V / 60 Hz, 6.2 A, 516 W, and lists ETL sanitation and safety listings conforming to UL STD. 471, CSA C22.2 No. 120 and NSF/ANSI STD. 7. The cabinet sits on casters with a louvered base panel housing the bottom-mounted refrigeration system, and the exterior is in good cosmetic condition in the photos. The control display was lit and reading 52 degrees F at the time of the site visit, indicating the unit powers on; no further operational or service history was recorded. The unit is free-standing and cord-connected.
