DESCRIPTION:
The MP2 multi-processor system is a compact vertical fluid bed that can be used to dry and granulate powders, to cover and film granules and spheroids with aqueous solutions or alcohol/solvent base solutions.

MAIN FEATURES:
The construction and technological principle of the fluid bed spray granulator consists in transforming a starting product with characteristics ranging from fine powder to granular into a homogeneous granulate. The product placed in a vortex is sprayed from above by means of an injector device with a suitable finely atomized liquid, which determines an agglomeration process of the particles. The subsequent drying operation fixes the agglomerates. The fluid bed allows a perfect mixing of the powders / product and efficient and controlled drying processes. Its capabilities make it ideal for use in the laboratory.
The fluid bed system is heated by an inlet air treatment unit and a Seven-Air outlet extractor. The machine is equipped with an anti-explosion blowout valve and a Watson Marlow 704S/R peristaltic pump.
