Equipment Description

MACHINE TYPE:
High-speed filler capper designed to perform in-line dosing, filling, and capping operations for bottles.

APPLICATION SECTOR:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

FEATURES:
Continuous motion machine made of stainless steel for filling and sealing bottles. The machine performs filling with adjustable dosing syringes. The cap insertion group rotates to bring the cap to the bottle, where it is inserted and released. All the most important operational functions are continuously monitored through a series of sensors. The filler is complete with a format with 2 filling stations for bottles measuring 30 mm in diameter and 100 mm in height. The currently used screw caps have a diameter of 25 mm and a height of 40 mm, and are also complete with a spray head for dispensing liquid product.

The trading company legal entity will acquire the equipment from the Brazilian seller, pay the seller in local currency, and receive the related invoice from the seller in the name of their Brazilian legal entity. After this process, the ownership will then be transferred to the trading company who will be responsible for export and assistance during the customs clearance process.
