DESCRIPTION:
The checkweigher for cartons is designed for continuous weight control of packages. The machine consists of two main structures: the weight detection system, which supports the weighing conveyor, and the rejection system for non-compliant packages. An infeed conveyor evenly spaces the incoming packages, while an outfeed conveyor, located downstream of the weighing conveyor, is equipped with an ejection device that diverts out-of-tolerance and unweighable packages from the line.

MAIN FEATURES:
The scale can be integrated into a transport line for objects of any nature and shape. During the passage on the weighing platform, the object takes a short time, sufficient for the scale to stabilize and detect the proportional weight of the object. After the weight is read, the packages move to the outfeed conveyor, where the rejection system handles non-compliant packages. The machine operates independently of the downstream machine, and the conveyor belts' speed is adjustable.
